Nadis Natura requires you to switch off your phone or silent mode

No smoking allowed inside therapy studio

Arrive 15 minutes early for a treatment to sit and enjoy a cup of herbal tea or soft drink and relax before your treatment begins. If you are late for your appointment, a shortened service will be provided.

Bring a bathrobe (or request one when making appointment). Shower available if required (however the oils are very good for your skin).

It is advisable to book your appointment in advance to avoid disappointment.

All jewellery needs to be removed prior to treatment (can place in bowl provided, for safe keeping). Or leave at home, place where staying or if using the Spa in a locker.

1st treatment, allow extra ½ hour for a confidential medical consultation to establish present and past health and lifestyle.

Disposable underwear will be offered, to save your own.

Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort during treatment. Also, it is important to note changes in your mental and physical state after the session, as it shows your therapist how your body is responding to the treatment.

Cancellation policy:
Your time of appointment and treatment type has been reserved especially for you, on your request. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, if you cancel your appointment time on the day a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
